1. The link bar
allows users to select links from the drop down.

the link push button to the right of the dropdown.

Once you have setup your
link information (see new button below) you can do the following 5 steps for
any link;
1.
Select a link from the drop down.
2. Click the link push button that appears to the right of the
dropdown.

3. Use the
user name & password push buttons to copy the username & password into
the username and password on the web page.

4. When
the username is selected on the MyLinkTool, right click on the web page
username/id box and paste in the username.
5.
When the password is selected on the MyLinkTool, right click on the web page
password box and paste in the password.
To “Edit” link
information do the following;
1. Select
Link 2.
Edit Selected Link

3. Save Changes 4. Delete This Link 5. Cancel Link Changes
1. Select the link
you want to edit from the dropdown list.
2. Select the Edit
push button and add or change the link name, username, password, link, and note
information.
3. Select the “Save”
push button to save changed information.
4. You can also use
the “Delete” push button to “Delete” this link, or the 5. “Cancel” push button
to Cancel all changes.
To “Edit” link
information do the following;
1. Add New Link

Add New Link
1. Select the New
push button and add the link name, username, password, link, and note
information.
2. Select the “Save”
push button to save the new link information.
3. You can also use
the “Cancel” push button to Cancel add new link.
To “Print” link
information do the following;
1. Print Link

1. Select the Print push button
to print out all names, usernames, passwords, and links.
To “Configure
MyLinkTool” do the following;
1. Configure

1. Select the
Configure push button and update the configuration information.
2. The “Save last
link for next startup” (if checked) will save the last link you select and will
automatically put it in the dropdown the next time you start up MyLinkTool.
3. The “Auto go to
link in drop down selection” (if checked) will bypass the navigate button and
automatically go to the link you select in the dropdown.
4. The “MyLinkTool
top positions” can be changed to move the MyLinkTool up/down positions on your
desktop.
5. The “MyLinkTool
left positions” can be changed to move the MyLinkTool left/right positions on
your desktop.
(*) Please note you
can change MyLinkTool positions on the screen (see Advanced Options (2) below)
6. Use the “Save” pushbutton to
save the configure changes.
7. Use the “Cancel” pushbutton
to cancel configuration changes.

1. You can also
click on the MyLinkTool label to display the currently visited link to history.
2. You can change MyLinkTool
positions on the screen (when the link name dropdown has focus as seen above)
by using the following Hot Keys:
Shift+F9 to move up
Shift+F10 to move down
Shift+F11 to move left
Shift+F12 to move right
Positions are automatically
stored in the MyLinkTool Configuration…
